This is a scent that I find really difficult to describe. In my opinion it’s very floral but also a bit earthy. The most stand out ingredient (according to lush) is Jasmine Absolute. I’m not exactly sure what Jasmine is but if that is he floral/earthy scent I’m smelling then I like it. It’s a new lush smell to me and I’m not sure if there is an all year round product with this smell but for scent alone I would repurchase this product if it makes it into the lush 2017 Christmas range.
The outside of this bath bomb is soo detailed but on my one I wasn’t really sure what the detailing was? I know that in theory it was supposed to be mistletoe as the name suggests but I couldn’t see that? Still the light green and pink worked well together and I was very excited about what this would do in the bath.
In the water:
Holy sh#% this bath bomb was soooo pretty! As the outer shell dissolved the purple filled centre was revealed dying my bath water a purple/pink colour which I loved! I also very much e joyed the water colour effect this gave as the green, pink and white froth mixed together creating a beautiful work of art. My only criticism would be that the colour isn’t very strong so if you like completely opaque bath water after using a lush product this bomb probably wouldn’t cut it for you.
After getting out the bath I could defiantly smell the product on my skin as I got ready for bed but because this product isn’t particularly moisturising I did put on some of my Lush body lotion – sleepy – which masked the smell of mistletoe completely.
Anything to add:
Not a lot really this product put on a pretty impressive show in the bath which is my favourite part about using a bath bomb so overall I was pretty satisfied with this product.
