I hope you’re doing well? Whilst I was away in Prague I was able to go to Sephora – it was my first time going so I was pretty excited. The store was kinda small but I was still able to pick up a few bits I’ve been wanting to try out. So let’s get into this haul! Ooo I should also note that these are high end products and I’ve never brought expensive makeup before so that’s why this is a pretty small haul.
First up let’s talk about the only product I didn’t buy from Sephora. My first MAC lipstick in the shade MEHR. This is such a me lipstick shade, I mean firstly its matte and secondly have you seen the shade! It’s an incredible pink/red colour. I’ll put the pricing in GBP so it doesn’t get confusing. I picked this up for £16.50 in duty free so it worked out a bit cheaper which was nice. On the lips this colour comes up as a more cool toned berry shade, which I love.
The next items are all from Sephora so let’s jump into this. From the own brand at Sephora I grabbed the Red clay face mask as it claims to brighten skin and reduce dullness. I don’t consider myself to have to dull skin but a boost couldn’t hurt anyone. I am yet to try this out but I wan’t to save it for the cold winter months as it should also help dry skin.
Also from the Sephora brand I brought their contouring kit. I’ve wanted to work on my contour game for a while now so that seemed like a good enough reason to pick up this product. I’ve used it a couple of times and so far I’m quite impressed. In particular I like the darkest shade as it works perfectly bronzing. Im not sure if I’ll get much use out of the lighter shades in all honesty but that doesn’t disappoint me nor did it put me off buying the product.
I always love wearing lip products so of course I couldn’t resist adding a few more to my collection. Most excitingly I brought a melted liquid lipstick from Two Faced. I haven’t owned anything from Two Faced before and buying this made me very giddy. I brought the shade Sell Out because I wanted something neutral but still pretty so that I wouldn’t go off it. I love the shade and I’m super pleased with the quality. I might even do a full review of this lipstick because I’ve been enjoying it so much!
Now for the final product. I figured it was time I tried out the NARS radiant creamy concealer seeing as everyone loves it. I’m yet to decide the verdict on this product seeing as I’ve only tried it once. If it turns out awesome I’ll be sure to let you all know.
There’s my little haul for you guys. I gave up with prices as they were just so different abroad. I’m trying to post regularly but school/home life is pretty busy at the moment so I’m just aiming for once a week currently. I plan to post some full reviews on the products mentioned above so be sure to give me a follow so you don’t miss out.
