Hey Guys,
I previously uploaded a post showing you my Pixi skintreats collection and since I’ve been loving that brand so much lately I decided to share a full review of one of the products. I might release more full reviews of this range in the future but for now I wanted to talk about the Glow Tonic; this product is probably the most popular so seemed like a good place to start.

Let’s start with the FACTS on this product… I picked this up in store from Marks and Spencers for £16 – it’s the medium sized 100ml bottle but I know you can also get a large 250ml or a minature 15ml bottle.
The product is said to do the following:
- Exfoliates, brightens and smooth skin
- Nourish and treat
- Act as a glow inhancer

I’ve been using this product for a little while no and feel that I can give an honest review. We’ll start negatives as overall I have actually enjoyed this product and think that I would recommend it.
The bad sides are that if, like me, you have oily skin then you can’t use this as a morning cleanser since it adds a glow to your skin which over the course of a day makes me look oily quicker. Similarly, as a cleanser in the evening you will still need a product that can take away excess oils. Whilst I don’t use this everyday I do recommend The Body Shop Himalayan Clay mask.
That might seem like enough reasons not to purchase this product but here is what I am loving about it. Using the product leaves skin feeling really clean and if you aren’t planning to wear makeup can make your skin look really luminous. It does leave a glow as the name suggested, which I think makes for a really healthy look. Another reason that I like this product is that I really like the scent. I know for many this won’t be a good enough reason to purchase the Glow Tonic but since it is something I love about the formula I decided it was worth mentioning.

Great review! I’m just starting back into my blog again and I’m so excited to get back to it x
